Are you experienced in commercial lines insurance administration? Our client, a boutique brokerage specializing in niche commercial insurance markets, is seeking a Certificate Administrator to join their growing team. With a presence across Canada, they manage a diverse portfolio of small to large commercial risks, including construction, cyber, manufacturing, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams nationwide, providing support through the accurate and timely processing of Certificates of Insurance (COIs). This is a fully remote opportunity, with occasional travel to company offices for work-related meetings and events.

Responsibilities
- Prepare certificates for all clients
- Triaging emails that are received in the centralized inboxes for the processing teams
- Manage and prepare any client documentation and requests, such as quotes, broking summaries, binders, cancellations, and cover notes
- Data entry to EPIC and ensure that client information is saved correctly
- Have a solid understanding of the COI process and communicate with underwriters and producers if necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial line
- Proficiency with EPIC
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset
- Good organization skills
