This opportunity is available to candidates based in Lower Mainland, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, New Westminster, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Delta, Richmond, Chilliwack, and North Vancouver.

About The Position
You’ll spend your day meeting with homeowners to review requested service items, as well as conduct various hands-on pre-completion and post completion duties as scheduled by the Manager,
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on work orders.
- Update service item work order status daily, making notes re: other issues – not warrantable items, homeowner damage, recommended back charges etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve if possible as appropriate.
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Team regarding service item status, prioritization, and timing to complete requested warranty work.
- Conduct customer orientations as required.
- Meet with/supervise contractors as required.
- Assess reported common area deficiencies, carry out necessary repairs, calling in contractors as appropriate.
- Order and maintain supplies, equipment, parts, materials needed to complete warranty work orders; submit expenses.
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.
- Experience with multi-family and mixed-use real estate projects
- 5-7 years’ experience in home repairs or home warranty work
- The ability to perform home repairs with a high degree of quality and efficiency
- Calmness and professionalism under pressure
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- $80,000 - $90,000
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Three weeks vacation
