Responsibilities include:
- Drill and blast designs
- Stope reconciliation and review
- Stope shape design, optimization, economic analysis, and stope notes
- Development design and release
- Mine planning and scheduling
- Provide Technical Engineering assistance
- Complete regular UG inspections to ensure standards and procedures are being adhered to and maintain smooth operation of the mine
- Liaising with underground operators
