Responsibilities:
The incumbent lawyer will have the opportunity to work independently on engaging and complex real estate transactions while also acting in support of Partners on large-scale real estate projects. The work will be in support of urban and rural developments, infrastructure projects, investment transactions, leasing matters, financings, and public-private partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3 – 6 years post-call experience. A background with commercial real estate law is highly preferred
- Be comfortable with a billable target of 1700
