Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys accountability, complexity, and delivering high-quality financial work in a trust-based, deadline-driven environment. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful responsibility across financial reporting, payroll support, audits, and budgeting for multiple entities.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and investigate variances
- Complete month-end and year-end journal entries and detailed reconciliations
- Provide senior-level backup support for payroll and calculate pension remittances
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to external auditor requests
- Support annual budgeting and maintain Excel-based models
- Work in Sage 300 for GL, reporting, and budgets
- Assist with cash flow monitoring, capital calls, and investment reconciliations
What You Bring
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Sage 300 experience is a strong asset
