Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and material flow within a manufacturing environment. This is a daytime, Monday to Friday role with no evenings or weekends, offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal receiving, shipment routing, and dock scheduling
- Oversee order picking, truck loading, and load consolidation to optimize cost and service efficiency
- Manage dock doors, staging areas, and rack storage systems
- Schedule off-loading, put-away, and inventory movement within the facility
- Optimize material flow throughout the manufacturing operation
- Maintain accurate inventory across all levels
- Operate forklifts and ensure safe material handling practices
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and support workplace health and safety initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet operational needs
- Assist in setting department goals and support their achievement
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across departments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
