Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bids and proposals for project work
- Plan, schedule, and manage assigned projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the department
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility
