Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales and client management (At least 2 years)
- RIBO License is a must (other insurance education is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of commercial risk products
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service
Compensation:
- Draw salary based on experience
- Generous split of new business and renewal commission with accelerators on commission based on performance
