Scope of work includes scanning of hardcopy project records; quality checks of scanned files; data entry of scanned documentation, assistance in transferring files from throughout the mine site to the document control office and cross-referencing hard copy records to avoid duplication. A minimum of three years’ experience in a mining/industrial construction setting are required. This position requires a high detail orientation and the administrative discipline to work steadily and efficiently.
