Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist for an immediate, on-site temporary contract role for our client based in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will lead and support change initiatives within a healthcare or public sector environment, ensuring effective adoption of redesigned processes, alignment of organizational structures, and improved patient and service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for complex projects.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop detailed change management plans.
  • Facilitate adoption and implementation of redesigned processes across multiple teams and sites.
  • Support strategic-level redesign initiatives, including alignment of clinical practices and standardization of service delivery.
  • Lead project teams, coach team members, and provide guidance on change management best practices.
  • Perform analysis to optimize patient flow and service delivery efficiencies across multiple healthcare sites.
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure sustainable change outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Valid Change Management Certification
  • Training in organizational development or coaching
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or human resources
  • Skills & Experience:
  • 10 years in a change management role within project environments, including stakeholder management and strategy development 
  • 8 years in organizational change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and facilitation of process adoption
  • 5 years implementing change in healthcare or public sector environments, including service delivery analysis and stakeholder facilitation
  • 1 year working on strategic-level redesign of healthcare service delivery organizations, including clinical alignment and organizational restructuring 
  • 5 years in team or project lead/manager roles within project environments, including developing plans and coaching team members
  • 1 year performing analysis to optimize patient flow across multiple health centres, including strategy development and implementation 
  • Criminal background check is required
