What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level administrative and paralegal support to a team of three lawyers
- Managing the administration of program initiatives
- Drafting policies and editing legal and professional documents
- Conducting research and preparing reference and briefing materials
- Coordinating meetings and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a law firm or financial services organization
- A strong service mindset and passion for providing exceptional administrative support
- Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Exposure to securities, compliance, or regulatory environments
- Experience with SEDAR and/or the National Registration Database (NRD)

While this role offers impressive hybrid flexibility, some in-office presence is required. At this time, only candidates based in Winnipeg or the surrounding area will be considered.
