Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships within commercial lines accounts
- Prospect for new business opportunities and secure new clients
- Bind and service commercial insurance policies to meet monthly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and markets to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Stay current with market trends, carrier offerings, and industry regulations
- Support overall growth initiatives and contribute to team success
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial insurance prospecting and production
- Proven track record in quoting, binding, and servicing commercial policies
- Strong knowledge of major markets and carriers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Powerbroker or similar BMS
