Responsibilities
- Prepare and process insurance submissions, quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Account Managers and Account Executives by handling client inquiries, following up with underwriters, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Manage routine administrative tasks such as issuing certificates, endorsements, invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable.
- Handle claims reporting, updates, and client communication to ensure smooth claims management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure organized documentation, compliance with underwriting guidelines, and support for team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial Lines Insurance processing and account administration.
- Knowledge of various commercial lines insurance markets and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple files and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with broker management systems such as EPIC is preferred.
