We’re hiring a detail-driven Accounts Payable Clerk for a 1-month temporary contract (potential for extension) with a well-established real estate and property management company in Edmonton. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organized, and supporting a collaborative finance team, this could be the perfect fit.
This position will be starting immediately and will be fully in office.
What you’ll do:
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Match, batch, and code invoices for multiple properties and vendors
- Prepare payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts
- Assist with month-end reporting and maintain organized AP records
What you bring:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or full-cycle accounting
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, SAP, or QuickBooks)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
