The ideal candidates will have a background in administration support with experience in indexing, inventory, and boxing files. This position requires individuals who can handle physical records and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work.
- Lift and move boxed records, weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Conduct inventory of files and accurately record them on a spreadsheet (Excel).
- Ensure precise indexing and organization of records for easy retrieval.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency with minimal supervision.
- Possess a strong attendance record to ensure project completion on time.
- Familiarity with records management procedures, indexing, and inventory practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to handle and move boxed records.
- Willingness to work with physical paper, acknowledging the presence of dust and other allergens.
