Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide coverage for our client in Winnipeg. This is a full-time term position starting as soon as possible for 4 months and may extend.
As the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and callers, you will play an important role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment in our Winnipeg office.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Greet and admit visitors into the building, notifying staff of their arrival
- Prepare courier bags for deliveries
- Receive orders and ensure proper documentation is prepared
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail using the postage machine
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two plus years of Reception experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent customer service skills with a clear and professional communication style
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform accurate, error-free data entry
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
