You’ll be responsible for managing a busy book of approximately 1000 house account clients, handling policy remarketing, and providing personalized solutions that keep clients satisfied and loyal.

What you bring to the table:
- RIBO licensed with 3 to 5 years of personal lines experience.
- Familiarity with high net worth clients, and certifications like CAIB or CIP are a plus.
- Superior phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual in Portuguese is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Epic and carrier portals
- Proven stability and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
