Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking across Alberta’s agricultural sector
- Manage a book of farm and agricultural accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions
- Achieve sales and retention targets focused on farm and rural insurance markets
- Stay updated on industry trends and farm-specific underwriting guidelines
Qualifications
- Level 1 or 2 license in Alberta
- Experience selling or managing farm and agricultural insurance accounts
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Knowledge of Alberta’s farming industry and insurance needs
- Ability to travel within Alberta as needed
