Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with our clients facility access functions. This is a full-time contract role ideal for someone who excels in administrative accuracy, data entry, and supporting employee services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Print and issue staff ID access cards.
- Input and maintain employee data in the facility access database.
- Complete and process access forms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage employee parking and gym pass access.
- Enter and update employee information in the parking and gym access databases.
- Ensure payroll information related to parking and gym deductions is accurate.
- Prepare and submit monthly Excel spreadsheets to payroll for deduction processing.
- Provide general administrative support to the facility access and security functions as required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in a hospital setting is an asset.
- Strong administrative and data-entry experience.
- High attention to detail with proven accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Experience handling access systems, ID cards, or payroll data is an asset (not required).
- Criminal background check is required.
