Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $25 to $27/hour
- 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in Dartmouth, 2 days work-from-home.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the program team and senior management
- Track and organize materials, supplies, and procurement requests
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements and assist with travel expense claims
- Support Health & Safety activities, including participating in site audits and helping track follow-up actions
- Manage requests
- Handle document transfer requests between classified and unclassified systems (no technical experience required—training provided)
- Coordinate visitor access, including preparing facility visit notices and Requests for Visit (RFV)
- Monitor and restock office supplies to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist the Task Management Team with closing tasks and updating records
- Help onboard new employees
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to keep daily operations organized and efficient
- Must have over 4 years of administrative support experience in fast paced environment.
- Strong MS office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to obtain NATO Secret Clearance (must have lived in Canada for 10+ years)
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods Certification
