- Lead and support the Sales team to drive growth and achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales initiatives aligned with company goals
- Mentor, coach, and train Sales Representatives to enhance performance
- Conduct ride-alongs and territory reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan and run sales meetings to foster team collaboration and share updates
- Oversee timely reporting and all sales-related administrative functions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience
- 3 to 5 years of related industry experience required (food industry or similar)
- Experience managing retail and/or food service sales channels
- Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of animal proteins considered an asset
