We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Operations Assistant to support daily activities at a busy service location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and taking ownership of day-to-day tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
- Process payments, update accounts, and complete service agreements
- Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity, transactions, and customer interactions
- Monitor the site for cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep
- Support opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks
- Assist with follow-ups on accounts and ensure company procedures are followed
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations moving efficiently
What You’ll Bring
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Reliability with payment handling and accurate data entry
- Comfort performing routine facility checks
- Ability to pass a background check
