We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and technically skilled Business Intelligence Developer to help us turn data into meaningful insights that drive real business decisions. What You’ll Do
As a key member of our analytics team, you will:
- Design and develop BI solutions that bring data to life — including dashboards, reports, scorecards, and interactive visualizations aligned to business needs.
- Build and implement BI software, integrating seamlessly with databases and data warehouses.
- Translate business requirements into clear, scalable analytics solutions while following established reporting standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing BI products, resolving issues related to business logic, performance, and functionality.
- Support analytic solutions in production, ensuring reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Create technical documentation and test plans, and oversee or participate in testing activities.
- Work hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, and Dataiku, developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that inform decision-making.
What You Bring
- Proven experience building high-quality dashboards, reports, and scorecards in Tableau and Power BI, including QA and testing.
- Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate SME (subject matter expert) insights into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills — both technical and non-technical.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a friendly, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to follow established standards while remaining flexible enough to develop creative workarounds when needed.
- Confidence to voice constructive, expert opinions.
- Comfort working independently while contributing to shared team goals.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Dataiku is a significant advantage.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- TDWI Certification is an asset.
- Tableau Desktop Certified Professional is an asset.
- Tableau Server Certified Professional is an asset.
