Are you a natural leader who loves customer service, organizing a space, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations at a busy storage facility. This role is perfect for someone with retail management, hospitality leadership, or property/operations experience who enjoys working independently, being hands-on, and delivering great service.
If you’re reliable, people-focused, and love keeping things in order — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Handle new rentals, unit showings, lease agreements, renewals, and move-outs.
- Maintain the facility — ensuring units, hallways, and grounds stay clean, safe, and secure.
- Monitor security systems, complete walkthroughs, and respond to safety issues.
- Collect payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and keep accurate records.
- Track unit availability, pricing, and occupancy.
- Support basic marketing efforts such as signage, online listings, and community outreach.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance when needed; conduct routine inspections.
- Lead and support staff scheduling, onboarding, and training (if applicable to the location).
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace and follow company policies.
- Jump in wherever needed — you’re the go-to person for daily operations.
What You Bring
- Experience in retail leadership, property management, facility supervision, or customer service management is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online platforms).
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings based on facility needs.
Why You’ll Love It
- A stable, independent role where you help people every day.
- A mix of customer service, light facility work, and office tasks — no two days are the same.
- Supportive leadership team and opportunities to grow into larger-site or multi-site oversight roles.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- A workplace that values teamwork, integrity, safety, and inclusion.
