- Compensation: $16 USD an hour
- Please note, this role will be fully onsite at the client’s Columbia, South Carolina and Lexington, South Carolina offices
- Permanent, full-time position
Responsibilities
- Convert incoming leads through phone, online, and walk-in channels while following internal sales processes
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide prompt, professional support for inquiries and concerns
- Complete rental agreements, protection plans, and applicable discounts
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, payments, and transactions
- Manage delinquency processes, including collection calls and facilitating auction procedures in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Conduct daily business reconciliation and oversee rent payments and collections
- Perform regular walkthroughs to track unit inventory, ensure brand standards, and confirm facility functionality (lighting, cameras, cleanliness, etc.)
- Use local market knowledge to support pricing strategies and sales opportunities
- Identify and escalate property improvement needs to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Support additional operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management an asset
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including flexibility for evening or weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Experience with delinquency management, auctions, collections, or cash reconciliation considered an asset
- Ability to meet background check and motor vehicle record requirements
