We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to support the growth of our rural fiber-to-the-premise (FTTX) business. This role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting high-quality fiber connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, meetings, and opportunity generation.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate connectivity solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs with support from internal teams.
- Manage a sales funnel aligned to monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Travel within the rural service area to meet clients and attend industry or customer events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (telecom experience an asset).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of fiber or wireless technologies is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
