What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of personal lines customer service experience at a brokerage, showcasing stability and dedication
- RIBO license with a solid understanding of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
- Extensive experience navigating all broker portals in Personal Lines (CQ, Power Broker, and insurance company portals)
- Proven ability to handle direct client interactions, including policy changes, renewal reviews, and claims reporting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and team collaboration mindset
Nice to Haves:
- High Net Worth (HNW) insurance experience
- Additional certifications or training in specialized insurance areas
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 to $70,000 in base salary
- Commission offered on business you bring in
