Our client, a leader in the insurance and health benefits industry, is seeking a Licensed LLQP Call Center Agent to join their growing team in North York, ON. Please note — the office will be relocating to Downtown Toronto in the near future. Permanent Opportunity!

- Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary plus quarterly bonuses ($5,000 per quarter)

Responsibilities
- Deliver 40–60 client touchpoints per day through calls, voicemails, and emails (not all will be connects).
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Promote additional products or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed client information within CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance results
Qualifications
- Valid LLQP (or HLLQP) license required
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience in sales or retention, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Strong understanding of needs-based sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
