Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with our client, a Winnipeg-based insurance company, to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and organizational support to the Senior Leadership Team.

In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the President, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. You’ll manage multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism — all while maintaining strict confidentiality and a calm, solution-focused approach.
