A rapidly growing energy services company is seeking a full-cycle Accountant to join their collaborative and fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in deadline-driven environments, enjoys process improvement, and is looking to grow within a stable, established organization.
This role is in the office in SE Edmonton.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle accounting, including bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, AP/AR, and GL maintenance
- Support month-end and year-end close, including working papers, financial reporting, audit prep, and variance analysis
- Manage invoice processing and internal reporting through global systems
- Support inventory, parts, and asset tracking as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in a high-accountability finance environment
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting team
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
- CPA designation or currently pursuing
- Agile, deadline-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable working in evolving environments
- Experience with US/Canadian entities considered an asset
