The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand — managing communications, complex calendars, and key initiatives that keep the business moving forward. You’ll coordinate leadership meetings, prepare high-quality documentation, and use modern tools (including AI) to drive efficiency and results.
You’ll bring structure to a fast-paced environment, ensuring the CEO’s time is spent on what matters most: strategy, leadership, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Plan and execute leadership meetings — from agendas to follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support high-priority projects and events across the organization.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to streamline operations.
- Create clear, polished communications, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, leadership, and key stakeholders.
About You
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and communications with tact and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and unflappable under pressure.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration is an asset.
