Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a Administrator Coordinator to support their team at the Mississauga, ON office. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension or to become permanent.

- 100% in-office at the Mississauga branch – on-site parking and transit access available
- Regular hours: approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming service calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate, dispatch, and schedule digital service and capital/digital installation requests to the appropriate technicians
- Coordinate, dispatch, and schedule movers and warehouse logistics as needed
- Help maintain and update the project dashboard to reflect current service and installation statuses, timelines, and documentation
- Communicate service and installation updates promptly to Internal Sales Consultants (ISCs), vendors, clinics, and other stakeholders
- Track and follow up on open service requests to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry and general administrative support for the Digital & Install team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or service support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
