Join a dynamic and client-focused Account Services team located in Vancouver that supports a wide range of clients, including those with self-directed and corporate accounts. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity to be part of a small, collaborative team of four, where you will assist clients with their account needs, primarily through email and online communication.
Salary: $20-23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support for self-directed accounts and corporate accounts, primarily via email and online platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries, including assisting with account access issues, sending tax slips, and handling other account-related requests.
- Help manage the increased volume of requests during peak tax and RRSP seasons by handling emails and client queries efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and maintain a client-first approach in all interactions.
- Manage client requests and assist with account-related matters effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
- Client-focused with a professional approach to handling diverse inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of retail banking policies and procedures (an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons (e.g., tax and RRSP periods).
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role and confident in follow-up communication
