Our Insurance Brokerage client in the Kingston area is growing and they are looking to add a talented personal lines professional to join their team and support a designated portfolio of personal lines clients. Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal lines insurance client
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Provide quotes for new policies and coverage changes
- Educate clients on policy coverage, limits, and options
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Act as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers
- Upsell or cross-sell insurance products
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (2 years minimum)
- RIBO license
- Experience with multiple carriers and quoting systems
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Epic experience is an asset
