We’re seeking an experienced Bus Technician with strong expertise in Prevost, Blue Bird, and other motor coach models. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern equipment, a supportive team, and a company that values safety, quality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Prevost, Blue Bird, and other coach buses.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct engine overhauls, brake work, suspension, steering, HVAC, and driveline repairs.
- Complete work orders, inspection reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain fleet readiness.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic or Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working on buses, motor coaches, or heavy vehicles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Prevost and Blue Bird buses is considered a strong asset.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with electronic systems and multiplexing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or 3 an asset).
