Our client, a well-established independent brokerage in Niagara Falls, is currently expanding their team and they are looking for entry-level personal lines professionals who are keen to develop their knowledge and skillset. This could be a great opportunity for a driven professional with some insurance experience to quick move up to an Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive a client experience by understanding and meeting their insurance needs
- Processing and reviewing endorsements, renewals, re-markets, etc.
- Support clients throughout claims process
- Swiftly respond all client inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner, demonstrating excellent service
- Fostering positive relationships with insurance companies and underwriters
Qualifications
- Must have RIBO License (or OTL license with willingness to obtain RIBO license)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site from the client’s Niagara Falls head office
