Our client is looking for a Operations Coordinator, based in Dartmouth, NS, will play a key role in supporting daily business operations and facility coordination activities. Contract position!

- Contract position with potential for an extension.
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities
- Coordinate building and facility-related requests, including maintenance, furniture moves, and workspace setup
- Manage building access and security card administration, liaising with security personnel as needed
- Process and reconcile invoices and maintain spreadsheets using Oracle
- Assist with office moves, reconfigurations, and other project-based initiatives
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; manage purchase requisitions as required
- Prepare and organize correspondence and documentation while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
- Collaborate with the Office Services team and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; able to work outside standard business hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Experience with Oracle is an asset
