About The Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for a litigation-focused Legal Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to work with multiple lawyers across various litigation practice areas. The position offers exposure to matters at all three levels of BC courts and includes opportunities to develop specialized skills in appellate procedure and multi-disciplinary legal support. After an initial 3-month onsite period, there is flexibility for hybrid work (up to 2 days remote, depending on lawyer needs). Overtime is rare but compensated when required.

About The Position
The LAA will work closely with the Litigation team, supporting lawyers in business litigation, family law, and estate disputes. Reporting directly to the Manager of Legal Support Services, this role requires excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for preparing legal documents, coordinating court filings, managing schedules, handling client correspondence, and ensuring that all litigation matters proceed efficiently and effectively.
