Join a leading global bank in an exciting Associate Director – Business Banking Lead Product Owner role. You’ll play a key role in standardizing and implementing business banking products, client lifecycle workflows, and CRM solutions across multiple regions, including Ontario and Latin America. Responsibilities
- Lead business banking product ownership across multiple regions
- Oversee client onboarding processes, credit workflows, and profitability analysis
- Use Salesforce CRM to extract client information, create 360° client views, and propose banking solutions
- Implement and standardize technology and process improvements across regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, delivery, and change management
- Ensure alignment of business banking operations across Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean
Qualifications
- Strong experience in business/commercial banking
- Background in product management, product ownership, or project delivery
- Experience with client onboarding, credit lines, profitability tracking, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar client management tools
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working in multi-country or global banking operations is an asset
