Are you passionate about managing a sales department and skilled at building strong business relationships? Our client is expanding their sales team and looking for a National Sales Manager located in Calgary to take ownership of the Alberta and Prairie provinces.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a fantastic Oil & Gas culture and help them continue to grow.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across Western Canada. This role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson with strong leadership/management skills, proven experience in the oil & gas industry, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
You’ll oversee business development efforts, manage and mentor the Canadian sales team, and directly engage with customers on the production and facilities side of upstream and midstream operations.
