What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar and scheduling with precision
- Coordinate high-level domestic and international travel, including quarterly U.S. visits
- Draft, refine, and prepare polished reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
- Manage logistics for executive meetings, leadership gatherings, and external events
- Serve as a key liaison across departments and with external stakeholders
- Safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Take initiative on special projects, process improvements, and executive priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders in demanding, high-touch environments
- A polished, professional presence—confident, discreet, and composed under pressure
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven expertise in travel planning, event coordination, and project management
- A solutions-first mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently
- Comfort in an open, collaborative office environment, engaging across all levels
- Bonus: experience in cross-border operations or exposure to the produce/agribusiness sector
