We are hiring a Receptionist for a short term temporary position with our North Vancouver client. This position will begin right away.
About The Opportunity
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones and transferring calls and assisting with administrative duties such as filling out templates, drafting letters, prioritizing emails, tracking vacation and general admin support.

The Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an office environment, preferably in a Receptionist or Administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience drafting correspondence is an asset
Compensation
- Hourly rate $20.00-$22.00 + 4% vacation pay in lieu
