We are seeking a Cloud & Applications Specialist to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments while supporting a range of business applications outside of the ERP system. This role will ensure secure, scalable cloud architecture, strong integration across platforms, and reliable support for business-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online).
- Manage Azure resources including virtual networks, storage accounts, and data lakes.
- Configure, customize, and maintain systems to improve performance and usability.
- Support and integrate business applications (e.g., AutoCAD, VOIP, document management tools).
- Ensure proper integration with Entra ID for provisioning and SSO.
- Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate, Logic Apps, or AI workflows.
- Explore and implement Azure AI services to extend business application functionality.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure application reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
- Understanding of data lake architecture and cloud integration.
- Experience supporting business applications in mid-sized organizations.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300).
- Sector experience in technical or industrial environments (asset).
- Exposure to SAP ByDesign or similar ERP systems (asset).
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and Power Platform tools.
