We are seeking an organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant for a 10-day project located in Hinton, AB. This is a strictly administrative role supporting field operators with day-to-day paperwork, communication, and coordination needs. The role will require 12.5 hour work days for 10 consecutive days starting immediately.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and collect information from the site team.
- Liaise with the operators’ supervisor to relay and clarify information.
- Organize, print, and scan documents as required.
- Send documents and work orders to customers and head office.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organizational skills. (At least 1-2 years experience in a site administration role).
- Comfortable with phone and email communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a busy, site-based environment.
- Experience with PayShepherd is an asset (not required).
