We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide short-term recruitment support during a high-volume hiring period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR or recruitment experience who enjoys writing and creating recruitment documentation.
This is a 4 week contract with potential for extension located in office near Kingsway. Start date is immediate.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and edit job postings, job descriptions, and interview guides
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the HR and recruitment team
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and occasionally hiring managers
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in recruitment materials
- Support various recruitment initiatives across different departments (administration through management-level roles)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (does not need to be full cycle)
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience developing recruitment documents from scratch such as job postings, interview guides, and job descriptions
- Ability to balance teamwork with independent work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Professionalism, empathy, and a people-focused approach
- Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt with minimal training
