A well-established Insurance Brokerage in North York is currently expanding their Personal Lines team and are in need of a service-oriented CSR to support day-to-day portfolio management

Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete applications, endorsements, binders and invoicing
- Recommend additional coverages and pursue cross selling / up selling opportunities
- Perform annual renewal reviews and risk exposure analysis of policies
- Process insurance policy changes, renewals and cancellations
- Maintain control of renewal expiration lists, binders, audits, and aged receivables
- Respond to client inquiries, company requests and insurance company representatives via telephone, incoming e-mail and mail
- Update and maintain electronic client files in BMS and ensure all required documentation and activities are recorded
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of service experience in an insurance brokerage setting
- RIBO License required
- TAM experience considered an asset
- Experience working various insurance company portals
- Strong client service skills are essential
- Ability to work on-site is required
