Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with our client, a growing real estate company based in Winnipeg, on the search for a Property Manager. Working both at the head office and on-site at various managed properties, this is an ideal role for a customer-focused individual with a passion for property management.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day property administration and leasing tasks
- Scheduling showings and touring prospective tenants in suites
- Coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and general inspections
- Assisting the Resident Manager with maintenance coordination and scheduling repairs
- Answering tenant questions and solving problems as they arise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- A dependable and solutions-oriented approach with an ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-centric approach for working with tenants
- Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi
- Please note this is a full-time permanent 40-hour per week role. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
