We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) initiative leveraging Microsoft Fabric. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to ensure successful execution on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Provide clear and timely communication with executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall or hybrid) to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee change management, training, and adoption activities to maximize value from BI solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record in BI, data, or analytics projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with the Microsoft data ecosystem (Power BI, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, etc.).
- Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts, data governance, and analytics delivery.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
