Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive service and support to the class lead throughout the courses.
- Maintain tracking systems, including a learning management system, for course administration, logistics, and participant training records.
- Apply working-level technical skills with platforms and systems (M365, LMS, Adobe, etc.) to enhance service delivery.
- Reserve and ensure training space meets requirements, including virtual delivery needs.
- Coordinate induction training graduation and certificate ceremonies, including contacting dignitaries, creating event briefings, and preparing awards.
- Adhere to records management standards, including FOIP policies.
- Utilize expertise to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and reception.
- Engage and participate in business services projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in program administration (program or event support, coordination, planning, etc.).
- Previous government experience is an asset!
- Exceptional administrative customer service skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technology (M365, Zoom, WebEx), learning management systems, communication applications (e.g., SharePoint), and student property management software.
