Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex financial models to support project and corporate decision-making.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts, including reviewing material project contracts, economic terms, consultant reports, and other deliverables.
- Oversee loan administration for both corporate and project-level debt facilities, including agreement reviews, tracking obligations, and preparing reporting packages.
- Handle Letters of Credit from issuance to cancellation, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Create, populate, and maintain secure data rooms, managing access and related communications.
- Liaise with financial institutions to maintain, open, or close company bank accounts as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing timely, accurate financial information.
- Uphold the organization’s values, policies, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and responsibilities as the company expands.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (asset but not required).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewables, power, or infrastructure debt capital markets.
- Proven experience building and maintaining financial models.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Solid understanding of financial and banking processes.
